strive to make your cake unique and personal to you.
Whether you have a taste for rich chocolate,
exotic passion fruit or local huckleberries we will design a cake
specifically
for you.
Our
cakes, fillings and frostings
are always made from scratch & our menu is not limited to what is
printed. A specialty is our handmade
sugar and chocolate decorations and we love a challenge!

Experience
Shelley
Newman began her pastry
career in San Francisco as a graduate
of the California
Culinary Academy’s
Pastry Arts program. After graduation,
she went on to work in the pastry kitchens of the Ritz Carlton and the
Fairmont
Hotel in San Francisco. Over the last nine years she has polished her
craft out on her own and has studied with some of the most innovative
cake
designers around the world.
